Sell wholesale with the right price for every buyer
Approve business buyers, give each one their contract price, price list and credit terms, and let them order hundreds of lines at once — while their purchase orders land in your books as drafts you review.
Made for teams who need this to just work
Distributors, wholesalers and brands selling to retailers, clinics and stockists — who take orders over calls and WhatsApp and keep price lists in Excel.
- 1Approve a retailer and give them the right price list
- 2Set a minimum order and quantity breaks
- 3Take a 300-line order without retyping it
- 4See each buyer’s credit used against their limit
- 5Receive a partner’s purchase order without re-entering it
What changes with Trade

- A partner’s PO retyped into your system
- One price engine that picks contract, list, slab or tier per buyer
- Buyers order from a bulk sheet or upload Excel
- Credit terms and limits on every business account
- Partner POs arrive as sales order drafts to accept
Everything inside Growcord Trade
Approve business buyers, give them contract prices and credit terms, and take orders in bulk.
Business buyer approvals
Buyers apply or you add them; approved accounts see wholesale prices, rejected ones can be approved later.
Nested price lists
Contract price, price list, quantity slab, tier, default and retail — resolved in that order, per buyer, per SKU.
MOQ and quantity breaks
Minimum order values and quantities, with price ladders shown right where the buyer chooses a quantity.
Bulk order platform
A tabular ordering terminal with filters, CSV and Excel import, a GST proforma and the buyer’s PO reference.
Credit terms and limits
Payment terms, credit limits and suspension on each business account, managed from one roster.
Contracts on record
Contracted prices stay attached to the buyer, visible to your team and applied at checkout automatically.
Partner relay
A partner’s purchase order arrives as a sales order draft in your organisation — nothing is written until you accept.
Orders on behalf
Your team places orders for buyers over the phone and sends a signed pay-link when payment is due.
Receivables in Books
Wholesale invoices, credit notes and outstanding balances live in the same accounts as retail.
Buyers in the CRM
Every retailer and distributor is one contact with deals, follow-ups and message history.
Seven rules, one correct price
Wholesale pricing is the grammar of distribution. Growcord resolves every line through the same order of precedence — contract, price list, slab, tier, default, retail — at the product page, the bulk sheet and checkout.
- Contract prices beat everything else
- Quantity ladders shown before the buyer commits
- The same answer in the cart, on the invoice and in reports
Your partner’s PO is your sales order draft
When two businesses on Growcord trade, documents travel between them as signed proposals. A purchase order becomes a sales order draft, a dispatch becomes a goods-received prefill — and a person accepts each one.
- Nothing writes into another company’s books directly
- Every document signed and delivered once
- Accept, adjust or reject from an inbox

What we will never do
The rules this product is built on — so you can trust the numbers it gives you.
One price answer
The product page, the bulk sheet, checkout and the invoice all use the same price engine.
Wholesale stays private
B2B prices are shown only to approved business accounts — never to retail shoppers.
Propose, then accept
Documents from partners are proposals. A person accepts them before anything is recorded.
History you can audit
Approvals, price changes and credit decisions are recorded with who and when.
B2B orders are commissioned like any delivered order. For distributors not selling online — talk to us.
Can wholesale and retail customers use the same store?
Yes. Retail shoppers see retail prices; approved business accounts see their own contract prices, price lists and quantity breaks on the same catalogue.
How are wholesale prices decided?
Each line goes through the same precedence: contract price, price list, quantity slab, tier price, default, then retail. The first rule that applies sets the price.
Can buyers upload an order from Excel?
Yes. The bulk order platform imports CSV or Excel order sheets matched by exact SKU and shows every line as OK, reduced, out of stock or not found before checkout.
Do you support credit terms?
Yes. Each business account carries payment terms and a credit limit, and can be suspended or reactivated from the B2B roster.
What is the partner relay?
When two organisations on Growcord trade, a purchase order sent by one arrives as a sales order draft for the other. Nothing is written until someone accepts it.
Do you have a salesman app and trade schemes?
Beat planning, schemes and van sales are on the roadmap. Today Trade covers approvals, pricing, credit, bulk ordering and partner documents.
