Which couriers does Growcord Ship support?
Shiprocket (and the courier partners available through it) and Delhivery today. You can use your own accounts or the platform’s accounts.
How does the shipping wallet work?
When you ship on the platform’s courier accounts, each shipment is paid from a prepaid wallet. Every debit is itemised so you can see exactly what you paid.
Can I ship one order in several parcels?
Yes. Create part-quantity shipments; each parcel is tracked separately and the order shows partially delivered until the last parcel arrives.
How often does tracking update?
Tracking refreshes every 15 minutes and also updates instantly when a courier sends a webhook.
Can I mark an order delivered or RTO manually?
Yes. Staff with shipping permission can mark a shipment delivered or returned from the order page when a courier update is missing.
Do customers get shipping updates?
Yes. Shipped, out-for-delivery and delivered messages are sent through Growcord Comms on WhatsApp or SMS.
