Every message your business sends, on one honest record
Order updates, OTPs, reminders and campaigns go out on WhatsApp, SMS, email or push through one layer — which checks consent, quiet hours and caps first, and records exactly what happened to each message.
Made for teams who need this to just work
Any business that needs OTPs, order updates and campaigns delivered reliably — tired of separate SMS, WhatsApp and email vendors with no single view of what reached the customer.
- 1Send an OTP that arrives in seconds
- 2Know whether a message was delivered or just accepted
- 3Keep promotions away from people who opted out
- 4See template approval status without a support ticket
- 5Pay less for service messages than for marketing
What changes with Comms

- Promotions going out at midnight
- No single opt-out list
- One dispatch record per message across every channel
- Delivery reports per message, read receipts where available
- Quiet hours and frequency caps enforced before sending
- One suppression list every product respects
Everything inside Growcord Comms
One messaging layer with consent, quiet hours, templates, delivery reports and pricing by purpose.
One record per message
Every send has a dispatch record with a status timeline — queued, sent, delivered, read or failed with the reason.
Many channels, one layer
WhatsApp, SMS, email and web push today; RCS and voice reserved and refused cleanly until they exist.
Purpose decides the rules
Every message is authentication, service or marketing — decided by what triggered it, never chosen by the sender.
Consent built in
Marketing needs consent; service messages about something the customer did do not.
Quiet hours and caps
TRAI quiet hours (9 pm–10 am, store time) and a frequency cap per contact, checked before every send.
Templates with live approval
Versioned templates with approval status pulled from the provider, and rejection reasons shown.
SMS part meter
See how many parts a message will bill — GSM-7 versus Unicode — before you send it.
Suppression list
Opt-outs and bounces on one list that every channel and product honours.
Kill switch
Stop every promotional send instantly — OTPs and order updates keep flowing.
Short links per channel
Links are shortened per channel, so you know which message was actually opened.
Accepted is not delivered
A provider saying “accepted” only means it took the message. Comms records every status the provider reports back — sent, delivered, read, failed — on one timeline per message, so support can answer “did they get it?” in seconds.
- Delivery reports via provider webhooks
- Failures grouped by provider error
- Delivery per channel per day
OTPs free, service low, marketing priced as marketing
The price of a message follows its purpose, not its channel. Login OTPs carry no platform charge, order updates are low, promotions are higher — and WhatsApp is billed at Meta’s own rate with no markup.
- Purpose derived from the event that sent it
- Your own SMS or email account is metered, not charged
- Every usage line shows its category

What we will never do
The rules this product is built on — so you can trust the numbers it gives you.
Purpose from the event
A campaign cannot label itself a service message to pay less, and an OTP is never billed as marketing.
Transactional first
The kill switch stops promotions only — login OTPs and order updates are never silenced.
Checked before sending
Consent, quiet hours and caps are enforced before a provider is ever called.
No message bodies stored
The record keeps what happened to a message, not its private contents.
Authentication free · service low · marketing higher. WhatsApp at Meta’s rate with no markup.
Which channels does Growcord Comms support?
WhatsApp, SMS, email and web push today. RCS and voice are reserved in the platform and will be switched on when they are ready.
How is messaging priced?
By purpose. Login and verification OTPs carry no platform charge, service messages such as order updates are low-priced, and marketing messages cost more. WhatsApp is billed at Meta’s own rate with no markup.
Do you follow TRAI quiet hours?
Yes. Non-essential messages are held during quiet hours (9 pm to 10 am in your store’s timezone), and a frequency cap limits how often one contact is messaged.
Can I use my own SMS or email provider?
Yes. Connect your own accounts and Comms still records every message — sends on your own accounts are metered, not charged.
How do I know if a message was delivered?
Each message has a dispatch record with every status the provider reports, including delivered and read where the channel supports it.
Can I stop all promotions at once?
Yes. The kill switch stops every marketing send immediately while OTPs and order updates keep going.
