Numbers never skip
Order numbers are issued inside the same transaction as the order — a failed payment never burns one.
Cancel means refund
Cancelling a paid order opens its refund with the right rail, and money still needs a second approval.
Commission after returns
We earn only on orders that are delivered and past their return window — never on cancellations.
AI drafts, you publish
AI writes copy and images into a proposal. Nothing reaches your store until someone applies it.
Then 5% (self-managed) or 10% (fully managed) on delivered orders, plus GST. No monthly rent.
Is there a monthly fee for Growcord Commerce?
No. You pay a one-time setup fee of ₹9,999 and then a commission only on orders that are delivered — 5% if you run the store yourself, 10% if our team manages it. Cancelled and returned orders are never charged.
Can I import my existing catalogue?
Yes. Products, variants, stock, prices, HSN codes and images import from Excel. Large catalogues with tens of thousands of SKUs are already running on the platform.
How does COD verification work?
When a shopper chooses cash on delivery, they confirm with a one-time password. The order is created only after that confirmation, which cuts fake orders and the return shipments they cause.
Can I sell to wholesale buyers on the same store?
Yes. Approve business accounts, give them contract prices, price lists, quantity breaks and minimum orders, and let them order in bulk from the bulk order platform.
Do I need separate apps for shipping and invoices?
No. Growcord Ship books couriers and tracks deliveries, and Growcord Books raises GST invoices — both read the same orders inside the same login.
Can I use my own domain and payment gateway account?
Yes. Your store runs on your own domain with SSL, and you can connect your own Razorpay account or start on the platform’s.
